At the heart of VAFIT is our visionary founder, VIRAAJ ABHISHEIKH, whose personal journey of overcoming injuries and lifestyle-related health issues led to the creation of a fitness brand rooted in healing, strength, and holistic transformation. With a deep understanding of biomechanics, wellness philosophy, and the challenges faced by Indian-origin professionals worldwide, VIRAAJ built a team of five handpicked experts who bring specialized skills to support every aspect of health—from movement to mindset.

MAYA COLE, our certified yoga therapist, integrates breath work, flexibility, and chakra-based healing into every session. CATHERINE JONES, a strength and rehab specialist, helps clients recover from chronic pain while building functional strength. LISA KAPOOR, our Zumba and dance-fitness coach, energizes every group session with rhythm, joy, and movement therapy. VIRAAJ, himself a certified strength conditioning and a rehab specialist also a certified functional medicine in nutrition specialist ensures science-backed recovery plans for clients dealing with injury, mobility issues, or postural corrections and nutrition plans tailored according to each and every client . Lastly our HIIT AND Cross Fit trainer SAMUEL DANE & JACK BLAKE bring high energy, expert programming & injury safe intensity to help your burn fat & build strength .Together, the VAFIT team represents more than fitness—they stand for healing, empowerment, and holistic living that lasts.
